ATG Taka Terms and Conditions — in Plain Bengali

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the ATG Taka platform and all associated services. "ATG Taka", "we", and "our" refer to the organization that operates this platform.

"User", "You", and "Member" refer to any individual who visits the ATG Taka website or app, registers an account, or uses any of our services.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Members will be notified by email or SMS at least 7 days before any changes take effect. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Although these Terms are written in Bengali, the official English version of ATG Taka shall be considered final in the event of any legal dispute.

The following requirements must be met to open an account on ATG Taka:

• You must be at least 18 years of age
• A valid national ID or passport is required
• A valid Bangladeshi mobile number is required
• Each individual may only open one account
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory after registration. Without it, withdrawals and certain services may be restricted.

Opening an account with false information, or modifying account details after registration, may result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

ATG Taka currently supports bKash and Nagad for deposits. Additional payment methods may be added in the future.

Deposited funds may only be used for gaming and betting. Depositing on behalf of a third party or another person's account is not permitted.

If a deposit fails and funds have been deducted, please contact support within 24 hours. Submit your request with supporting evidence and the issue will be resolved.

The following conditions must be met to withdraw winnings or account balance:

• KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal
• Deposited funds must be used in at least one bet
• Winnings from bonuses must meet the specified wagering requirements before withdrawal
• Minimum withdrawal amount ৳200
• A new withdrawal request cannot be submitted while one is already being processed

ATG Taka may request additional documents or information when necessary. Withdrawals may be temporarily held for verification in cases of suspicious transactions.

ATG Taka offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which are clearly stated on the offer page.

General Bonus Terms:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly
• Wagering requirements typically range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount (varies by offer)
• A new bonus cannot be claimed while another is active
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 days — if wagering requirements are not met within this period, the bonus will be forfeited
• The referred person must successfully complete KYC to qualify for the referral bonus

ATG Taka reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If bonus abuse or fraud is detected, all bonuses may be cancelled and the account may be closed.

All games on ATG Taka use a certified RNG system, ensuring every outcome is completely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by anyone.

Important Gaming Rules:

• In Sports Betting, all bets placed are considered final before the match ends
• If a bet is cancelled due to a network issue during live betting, a full refund will be issued
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, the session will be recorded up to that point
• Jackpot winnings may require identity verification and additional documentation
• Simultaneous login from multiple devices is not permitted

ATG Taka reserves the right to review the outcome of any bet or game. If a technical error causes an incorrect result to be displayed, the corrected result will be considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ATG Taka:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name
• Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use your account
• Using bots, automated software, or any other method to exploit the system
• Bonus abuse or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful purpose
• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in ATG Taka's systems or security
• Disrespectful or threatening behaviour toward platform staff

ATG Taka may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms and Conditions
• If false information is detected during KYC verification
• If suspicious financial transactions are detected
• At the member's request (self-exclusion)
• Prolonged inactivity (12 months)

Members may close their account at any time. Please withdraw your balance before doing so. Any remaining balance after closure can be claimed within 30 days.

ATG Taka is not obligated to provide detailed reasons for an account closure decision, though members may appeal in the case of a legitimate claim.

ATG Taka is not liable for the following:

• Loss of a game or bet due to internet connectivity or device issues
• Delays or failures on the part of third-party payment providers
• Account credentials compromised due to the member's own negligence
• Unexpected technical errors or server outages
• Personal financial losses resulting from gaming

ATG Taka strives to keep its services running smoothly at all times, but temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances. No compensation will be provided in such cases.

ATG Taka takes responsible gaming seriously. We want our members to play for fun, not under pressure.

• Loss Limit: Automatic session termination after losing a set amount

• Self-Exclusion: Option to close your account permanently or for a set period
